Another DrieM sheeting line is almost ready for dispatch to one of our customers. This line is designed for the production of very tasteful artisan breads, specifically loaves and boules.🥖

Key features:
▪️ Rounder up to 4,000 kg/h suitable for a wide range of doughs, from green till highly hydrated pre-fermented doughs
▪️ Future flexibility through the integration of mobile make-up modules
▪️ Precise dough piece deposit to different carrier types via double retracting conveyor
▪️ Integrated automatic flour supply to the sheeting line, including a peelboard flour dispenser.

This sheeting line forms an integral part of a fully integrated Kaak production system. The strength of this line is on the integrated project side, minimizing interfacing points by Kaak as single point of contact from the sheeting line till the freezer.

Onlangs mochten we Metal Skills bij ons verwelkomen voor een inspirerende workshop. Tijdens dit bezoek maakten de leerlingen uit groep 7 van basisschool De Dynamiek in Terborg op een laagdrempelige en vooral praktische manier kennis met metaalbewerking en techniek.

Na een korte introductie en rondleiding gingen ze zelf aan de slag. Onder begeleiding van onze collega’s werd er gelast, gebouwd en ontdekt. Mooi om te zien hoeveel enthousiasme en nieuwsgierigheid dit losmaakte. Het was een geslaagde ochtend! 🚀

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming another great group of new colleagues during our welcome session. A great opportunity to get to know each other, share more about our organization and strategy, and actively work together during an interactive game.

What made this session extra special was the presence of our new colleagues from our Zwolle location. It was great to meet in person and start this journey together.

We are celebrating a special milestone! Our colleague Tom Endeman has been with us for 12.5 years. He started at Kaak as a student and, over the years, developed from an electromechanic into a Simulation Engineer. With experience gained both on the shop floor and through a wide range of projects worldwide, Tom now uses his practical background to create simulations and emulations that support reliable, well-prepared machines for our customers.

We thank Tom for his dedication and look forward to many more years of working together.
