Na maar liefst 50 jaar neemt onze collega W***y afscheid van Schutte bagclosures.
Vijf decennia inzet, betrokkenheid en vakmanschap. In al die jaren groeide hij uit tot een vaste waarde binnen ons bedrijf. 🏆

We bedanken W***y voor zijn jarenlange inzet en wensen hem een mooi en welverdiend pensioen toe!

In food packaging, bag closures are exposed to a wide range of conditions. Besides facing heat in ovens, a closure also needs to be prepared for cold temperatures in a freezer. The exposure to changing conditions led to the development of a 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 type of closure: Thermolock!

Thermolock is a compact closure made from recyclable PET, a material choice that aligns with future packaging requirements. It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 205 °C, for example for roasting bags or ready-to-cook meals. Its design allows excess pressure to be released in a controlled way during heating.

Van broodclip tot lampenkap 💡

Bij Schutte werken we dagelijks aan duurzaamheid. Niet alleen via de materiaalkeuze van onze producten, maar ook door bestaande clips te hergebruiken.

Een mooi voorbeeld daarvan is onze samenwerking met Klipsie: een initiatief dat gebruikte broodclips verzamelt, sorteert en samen met Diamant-groep verwerkt tot handgemaakte lampenkappen. Zo krijgt een alledaags product een verrassend tweede leven! In de carrousel zie je stap voor stap hoe een broodclip verandert in een lampenkap.

Een feestelijke afsluiting van het jaar 🎄

Afgelopen vrijdag vierden we Kerst op kantoor. Een gezellig moment om samen het jaar af te sluiten. Met een DJ die zorgde voor de muziek, een winterse BBQ en fanatieke potjes tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal zat de sfeer er goed in.

Namens het hele team van Schutte bagclosures bedanken we je voor het vertrouwen en de prettige samenwerking. We wensen je fijne feestdagen en een mooi nieuw jaar ✨.

Ter herinnering: onze kantoren en productieafdeling zijn gesloten van 25 december tot en met 2 januari. Vanaf 5 januari staan we weer voor je klaar!

Als Medewerker Technische Dienst (dagdienst) zorg jij ervoor dat ons moderne machinepark blijft draaien. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en helpt mee het productieproces te verbeteren. 🛠️
