Logistics and Warehouse Sole - Manager

• Organize purchase orders and logistics of materials / supplies (acceptance, control, unloading, distribution / delivery to construction sites, and dispatch of parcels);
• Maintain order in the warehouse;
• Monitor stock of existing materials / goods, perform inventory, accounting, ant disposal;
• Supervise / manage the company’s fixed assets;
• Prepare logistics process reports and record data in internal systems;
• Perform the assigned tasks of the direct manager / project work manager (site visits, meetings with clients, acceptance of sites / participation during hand over, etc. );
• Ensure quality and compliance with safety requirements.
In order to be successful in work/selection the follow is required:
• higher or post-secondary education;
• electric forklift/manitou driver’s license/telescopic telehandler (lifting and hoisting);
• driver’s license of category C;
• good knowledge of English (written and oral);
• excellent work planning and organization skills;
• initiative, responsibility, and communication;
• similar work experience.

The role focuses on performing range of administrative tasks and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently and deliver sustainable business growth. The tasks of the office administrator also include supporting the finance department with invoice management. Ideal candidate is independent self-manager with advanced multitasking and prioritizing skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate admin activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the company policies.
• Drive personnel recruitment process.
• Plan travel schedules and arrangements for the employees.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Create and maintain personnel records, financial and other data.
• Ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

Responsibilities of the position:
• leading a team of 3–4 solar PV installers;
• planning and organizing the workflow, finding solutions and carrying out projects;
• ensuring work safety.

In order to be successful in work/selection, the following is required:

• VCA certificate;
• category B driver’s license;
• good knowledge of English (written and oral); knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;

You are required to:
