In opdracht van Lesscher Installatietechniek heeft Mark Climate Technology Mistral MDX warmtepompsystemen mogen leveren aan autobedrijf ASN Munsterhuis Groep in Enschede.

Voor dit project leverden we 4 Mistral MDX warmtepompsystemen: een veelzijdig VRF-systeem dat grote ruimtes efficiënt verwarmt én koelt. De combinatie van een lucht-lucht warmtepomp (buitenunit) met een compacte luchtverwarmer/-koeler (binnenunit) zorgt voor topprestaties: energiezuinig, krachtig en flexibel inzetbaar.

Het toestel is speciaal ontwikkeld voor het energiezuinig verwarmen en koelen van grote ruimtes, zoals garages, magazijnen, werkplaatsen en distributiecentra.

We bedanken Gerwin Harmelink, Anton Oude Lansink, Thijmen Tijink van Lesscher Installatietechniek voor de opdracht en de fijne samenwerking.

On behalf of Lesscher Installatietechniek. Mark Climate Technology supplied Mistral MDX heat pump systems to ASN Munsterhuis Groep in Enschede.

For this project, we delivered 4 Mistral MDX heat pump systems: a versatile VRF system that efficiently heats and cools large spaces. The combination of an air-to-air heat pump (outdoor unit) with a compact air heater/cooler (indoor unit) ensures top performance: energy-efficient, powerful, and highly flexible in application.

The unit is specifically designed for energy-efficient heating and cooling of large spaces, such as garages, warehouses, workshops, and distribution centers.

In opdracht van Keizers Installatietechniek mocht Mark Climate Technology de luchtbehandeling verzorgen voor hun eigen pand in Oldenzaal. Als allround installatiebedrijf weet Keizers, onderdeel van de VDK Groep, als geen ander hoe belangrijk een optimaal werkklimaat is.

De keuze viel op een Airstream HWX 3000 met DX-warmtepomp. Dankzij het toepassen van DX-warmtepompen biedt de Airstream niet alleen ventilatie, maar ook koeling en verwarming van de ventilatielucht. Doordat de warmtepompen voorgemonteerd en getest worden geleverd op een aangebouwd bordes, is de installatie direct inzetbaar op locatie. Volledig Plug & Play!

Commissioned by Keizers Installatietechniek, Mark Climate Technology was selected to provide the air handling solution for their own building in Oldenzaal. As an all-round installation company, Keizers, part of the VDK Groep, knows better than anyone how important an optimal indoor climate is.

The solution: an Airstream HWX 3000 with a DX heat pump. Thanks to the integration of DX heat pumps, the Airstream not only provides ventilation, but also cooling and heating of the supply air. As the heat pumps are delivered pre-assembled and fully tested on an integrated platform, the system is ready for immediate use on site. Fully Plug & Play!

Onze lasersnijmachine draait nu nóg efficiënter. Waar we voorheen werkten met losse stikstofflessen, beschikken we nu over een 6000 liter tankinstallatie. Dat betekent continuïteit, minder handling en een strakker proces op de werkvloer.

Dankzij de dubbelwandige tank met hoogwaardige isolatie blijft het gas optimaal opgeslagen en direct beschikbaar. Via monitoring op afstand is er continu inzicht in de tankinhoud, zodat we altijd verzekerd zijn van voldoende stikstof.

Wat levert het op?
• Constante en betrouwbare gastoevoer
• Geen handling van losse flessen meer
• Inzicht in verbruik en automatische bevoorrading
• Efficiënter en veiliger werken

In 2022 hebben we ons machinepark uitgebreid met een state of the art fiber lasersnijmachine. Deze machine maakt geautomatiseerd produceren mogelijk en kan, waar gewenst, onbemand draaien. Dankzij een geïntegreerde lopende band worden gesneden onderdelen efficiënt en ergonomisch gesorteerd. Met de toevoeging van de tankinstallatie halen we nu het maximale uit deze machine.

Een mooie stap richting een toekomstbestendige en geoptimaliseerde productie.

Our laser cutting machine now operates even more efficiently. Whereas we previously used individual nitrogen cylinders, we now have a 6,000-litre tank system. This ensures continuity, reduces handling and streamlines the process on the shop floor.

Thanks to the double-walled tank with high-quality insulation, the gas is stored optimally and remains immediately available. Remote monitoring provides continuous insight into the tank’s contents, ensuring we always have sufficient nitrogen.

In 2022, we expanded our machinery with a state-of-the-art fibre laser cutting machine. This machine enables automated production and can operate unmanned where required. Thanks to an integrated conveyor belt, cut components are sorted efficiently and ergonomically.

De afgelopen periode zijn opnieuw tal van Airstream Plug & Play warmteterugwin-units van Mark Climate Technology succesvol geïnstalleerd.

Deze Eurovent-gecertificeerde WTW-units zijn geschikt voor luchthoeveelheden van 600 tot 45.000 m³/h en worden breed toegepast in onder andere kantoren, scholen en bedrijfshallen.

De Airstream is beschikbaar in diverse configuraties voor zowel binnen- als buitenopstelling en behaalt een rendement tot 90%. Dat betekent dat tot 90% van de afgevoerde warmte wordt teruggewonnen, wat direct resulteert in lagere energiekosten en een efficiënter gebouwbeheer.

These Eurovent-certified heat recovery units are suitable for air volumes ranging from 600 to 45,000 m³/h and are widely used in offices, schools and industrial buildings, amongst others.

The Airstream is available in various configurations for both indoor and outdoor installation and achieves an efficiency of up to 90%. This means that up to 90% of the extracted heat is recovered, which directly results in lower energy costs and more efficient building management.
