As you might already have heard from the press release send out earlier, we have a new name.
The Klerken family, founders of Scelta Mushrooms, has acquired us as of Monday September 15th.
From now on the company previously known as Ecovative Spawn & Substrate, and before this Lambert Spawn Europe, will be known as OurCelia.

We are very exited with this news and to continue our spawn and substrate activities under the Scelta Mushrooms family flag.

Ecovative owns the core patent behind MycoComposite™ material. As of October 2023, we’ve made this core patent available to all of Europe, UK, and Israel under our Open Patent Program. There are no fees, royalties, or documents to be signed in order to participate.

We offer partners 15+ years of applied R&D knowledge for scaling up their MycoComposite business. We also supply high-quality spawn and substrate, which we have decades of experience producing for diverse MycoComposite applications.
