HKB boiler solutions is delivering a complete steam boiler installation for Kumho Tire, centred around three 22 t/h steam boilers operating at 19 barg — from basic engineering and detailed design to manufacturing and supply.

Our in-house engineering team develops the complete steam system, integrating boilers, auxiliary equipment, piping and controls into one coordinated installation.

🔥 Three steam boilers with economizers, equipped with low-NOx natural-gas and dual-fuel (gas/diesel) burners

Our Technical Site Manager is currently on-site in Mexico at one of the world’s largest providers of paper and packaging solutions, overseeing the commissioning phase and providing in-depth operator training for this complete steam boiler installation.

This project brings together the expertise of HKB Boiler Solutions in steam boiler technology and Holland Pressure Equipment, our brand for the production of the associated auxiliary equipment.

The installation includes:
• 2 twin-furnace steam boilers (42 t/h saturated steam, 21 barg design pressure) 💨
• Economizers for optimized efficiency ♻️
• Multi-fuel burners (natural gas / diesel / biogas) 🔥
• Feedwater tank with integrated deaerator 💧
• Feedwater pumps and heat exchanger 🔧

De afgelopen dagen heeft ons team een 𝘃𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘇𝗲 installatie gerealiseerd van een FR120 stoomketel bij Stomerij SuperNette Dry Cleaning in Amsterdam.

Deze keervlamketel heeft een capaciteit van 200 kg/u en een bedrijfsdruk van 8 bar, waarmee de klant kan rekenen op een betrouwbare en efficiënte stoomvoorziening.

Bij HKB boiler solutions produceren, leveren, installeren en stellen wij complete stoominstallaties in bedrijf. Van transport en plaatsing tot leidingwerk, keuringen, oplevering en het volledige onderhoud: wij verzorgen het volledige traject.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁🔥
Despite the exceptionally high temperatures over the past few weeks, our team successfully carried out annual maintenance on five hot water boilers at an energy plant in Germany.

Each boiler has a capacity of 35,000 kW, making reliability and performance essential for the plant’s continuous operation. Through careful planning, teamwork, and dedication, the maintenance activities were completed safely and efficiently under challenging conditions. A big thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and professionalism.

Recently, our service team carried out inspections on two hot water boilers at a district heating plant in Germany.

These boilers are an essential part of the local heat supply infrastructure and operate under demanding conditions:

🔹 Design temperature: 150°C
🔹 Fuel: Natural gas / light fuel oil
🔹 Year of manufacture: 2022

Today, the first of two containerized steam boiler houses has officially left our facility at HKB boiler solutions on its way to Poland 🇳🇱➡️🇵🇱
