𝗘𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲! ✨🌬️
De afgelopen dagen heeft ons team een 𝘃𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘇𝗲 installatie gerealiseerd van een FR120 stoomketel bij Stomerij SuperNette Dry Cleaning in Amsterdam.

Deze keervlamketel heeft een capaciteit van 200 kg/u en een bedrijfsdruk van 8 bar, waarmee de klant kan rekenen op een betrouwbare en efficiënte stoomvoorziening.

Bij HKB boiler solutions produceren, leveren, installeren en stellen wij complete stoominstallaties in bedrijf. Van transport en plaatsing tot leidingwerk, keuringen, oplevering en het volledige onderhoud: wij verzorgen het volledige traject.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁🔥
Despite the exceptionally high temperatures over the past few weeks, our team successfully carried out annual maintenance on five hot water boilers at an energy plant in Germany.

Each boiler has a capacity of 35,000 kW, making reliability and performance essential for the plant’s continuous operation. Through careful planning, teamwork, and dedication, the maintenance activities were completed safely and efficiently under challenging conditions. A big thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and professionalism.

Recently, our service team carried out inspections on two hot water boilers at a district heating plant in Germany.

These boilers are an essential part of the local heat supply infrastructure and operate under demanding conditions:

🔹 Fuel: Natural gas / light fuel oil

Today, the first of two containerized steam boiler houses has officially left our facility at HKB boiler solutions on its way to Poland 🇳🇱➡️🇵🇱

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 🔧🔥🌱
This week, an important milestone was achieved.

The biomass-fired HKB steam boiler (8.5 t/h, 22 bar(g)) has been successfully transported to site and lifted into the boiler house. This boiler replaces an existing wood-fired installation, for which we were also responsible for the dismantling.

The photos show key stages of this milestone: from transport from our workshop to the lifting and positioning of the new boiler on site.

With the boiler now in position, we move forward to the next stages: further mechanical installation, piping works, and final commissioning.
A great step forward in this tailor-made project — thanks to everyone involved for the solid ex*****on 💪🏼.
