Today, the first of two containerized steam boiler houses has officially left our facility at HKB boiler solutions on its way to Poland 🇳🇱➡️🇵🇱

⚙️ Complete plug-and-play installation, including:
• Feedwater system
• Water treatment
• Blowdown equipment
• Burner management
• Control cabinet

Assembled, tested, and prepared for transport in less than two weeks — a great achievement by our HKB team 💪🏻

Special thanks to our agent in Poland, Johannes Schneider, for making this project possible. We look forward to delivering the second unit soon!

After a weekend full of orange, music and 'gezelligheid' here in Holland, we’re back to work 👑

While many enjoyed the celebrations, some of our team kept things running behind the scenes — great effort!

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 🔧🔥🌱
This week, an important milestone was achieved.

The biomass-fired HKB steam boiler (8.5 t/h, 22 bar(g)) has been successfully transported to site and lifted into the boiler house. This boiler replaces an existing wood-fired installation, for which we were also responsible for the dismantling.

The photos show key stages of this milestone: from transport from our workshop to the lifting and positioning of the new boiler on site.

With the boiler now in position, we move forward to the next stages: further mechanical installation, piping works, and final commissioning.
A great step forward in this tailor-made project — thanks to everyone involved for the solid ex*****on 💪🏼.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 🪵🔥🌱
We are currently working on an interesting and challenging project in which an existing wood fired steam boiler installation is being replaced by a biomass-fired HKB steam boiler with a capacity of 8.5 t/h and a design pressure of 22 bar(g). The dismantling of the existing installation is also carried out by HKB.

As part of this project, we are also responsible for the fabrication of new cooling screens (heat exchangers) that are part of the system. In our workshop, our team is currently working hard on these components, where craftsmanship and precision are key 💪🏼🛠️.

In the coming period, the further assembly, installation and final commissioning of the installation will take place.

Great to see how this tailor-made project is coming together step by step. 💪

Als Brandermonteur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het inbedrijfstellen, onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan ketels en branderinstallaties.

𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗶𝗷 𝗕𝗩 🪵💪🏼

Recently, we successfully completed the installation of an SHPE 20000 HD20 combination boiler, in collaboration with our valued relation Prokal Stoomtechniek, for the end customer Presswood Verkoopmij BV.

This boiler is designed as a combination solution, allowing flexible operation for both steam and hot water applications. This provides the end customer with a future-proof and reliable system that fully supports their operational process requirements ⚙️.

The boiler was fully engineered and manufactured by HKB as a high-quality, customer-specific solution, meeting the demands of industrial applications with a strong focus on durability and operational reliability.
