We’re proud to celebrate the official opening of our Suspended Family Coaster ‘Flying Fox’ at Kentucky Kingdom that is ready to take guests on a thrilling journey. Riders join the daring adventures of crop-dusting pilot Jeb Fox, soaring above vibrant Kentucky farmland, diving underground, and racing back into the open air!

This family coaster features 1,380 feet of track, reaches speeds up to 37 mph, climbs to 65 feet, and offers an accessible, fun-filled adventure for riders 38” and taller. Congratulations to Kentucky Kingdom on this fantastic new addition and we’re excited to see guests take flight!

Today we spotlight Joos Ruefli, one of the faces behind our coasters. After four years as an Assembler, Joos stepped into his new role as Production Engineer at Vekoma earlier this year. Let’s get to know him!

In 2026, the French theme park marks its 60th anniversary, and we are proud to be their partner in this milestone celebration! We are currently on-site installing ‘Fireline Redwood’, a next-generation family coaster designed to deliver a high-energy experience within a beautifully integrated forest setting.

Key features:
⚡ High-Speed Thrills: Reaching a top speed of 61 km/h (38 mph) for an intensive sensation

🎢 Dynamic Layout: 208 meters of track with a peak height of 22.5 meters

🍃 Immersive Design: A low-to-the-ground profile and sharp turns that put riders right in the heart of the action

🌲 Natural Integration: Inspired by majestic redwood forests to blend seamlessly into the park’s landscape

Since mechanical installation kicked off on April 20, our teams have been making incredible progress! Over the past few weeks, we have successfully erected the track and columns. Everything is moving according to schedule, and we are excited to announce that electrical installation officially began this week! 🏗️⚡

This project reflects our shared commitment with Fraispertuis-City to combine technical expertise with immersive storytelling. It’s a true showcase of craftsmanship that guests will soon be able to experience up close.
