Aircraft inner windows have an important job. They contribute to passenger protection, cabin aesthetics, and the quality of the view. But conventional acrylic solutions can become scratched, yellowed, or distorted over time.

AeroGlass® Inner Windows use certified real glass designed to maintain optical clarity and resist scratches throughout demanding cabin use. They can also be customized with tints, shapes, branding, lighting effects and other integration options. For private jets, VVIP aircraft and demanding cabin programmes, that means the inner window becomes more than a protective panel. It becomes part of the interior design.

Bij Aviation Glass & Technology in Voorthuizen zoeken we een kwaliteitsmedewerker voor 24–32 uur per week.
Je controleert onze superdunne glasproducten voordat ze naar klanten in de internationale vliegtuigindustrie gaan. Denk aan spiegels, ramen, verlichtingspanelen en andere onderdelen voor vliegtuiginterieurs. Je controleert onder andere de maatvoering en optische kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat alleen een puntgaaf product onze fabriek verlaat.

Je hoeft niet per se al jaren ervaring te hebben. Een scherp oog, nauwkeurig werken en gevoel voor kwaliteit vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Last year at AIX, we introduced several new product developments. Since then, customer conversations and our R&D team's work have helped us take the next steps.
Our focus now is on bringing solutions such as AeroProtect® and our inboard lenses further towards mature, market-ready applications.

At the same time, we are working to introduce ITO coating technology, opening up new possibilities where transparent glass and shielding functionality need to come together around sensitive electronics.
For us, innovation does not stop after a product launch. It continues through customer feedback, testing, engineering, and continuous development.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.
Before a product is released for delivery, our Quality Control team performs a series of checks to make sure it meets the agreed requirements.

That includes:
👉 optical inspection
👉 dimensional measurements
👉 checks against our internal work orders
👉 verification against the customer specification
👉 confirmation that the applicable aviation requirements are met

But quality control does not start at the end of production.
Checks are built into the production process itself, so we continuously verify that the product still meets the required specifications at every relevant stage.
And before final release, we apply our four-eyes principle: after all previous inspections have been completed, a final independent check is performed before the product can be approved for delivery.

For our customers, that means confidence that what arrives is what was agreed.
