Completed in 2024, the plant has a capacity of 60 tons per hour and is prepared for future expansion to 120 tons per hour.

In this video, we take you through the complete production process, from dosing and grinding to mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling and finished feed loading. Designed and supplied by Van Aarsen, the feed mill combines efficient production with a strong focus on feed safety, consistent quality and reliable operation.

Last week, we successfully commissioned a new GD-1400 Hammer Mill at Hermanos Chico (VALL Companys Group) in Spain.

Als Commissioning Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opstart, inspectie en het onderhoud van onze machines en productielijnen bij klanten wereldwijd. Je werkt vaak zelfstandig op locatie en stuurt waar nodig lokale monteurs aan.

• Machines en installaties bouwen, monteren en in bedrijf stellen
• Nieuwe productielijnen opstarten en testen

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende internationale projecten en kunt daarbij enkele weken op locatie zijn. Vanuit Van Aarsen krijg je specialistische ondersteuning van onze Project Management-, Engineering- en TCS-teams.
