2025. What a year.

We reached a major milestone: 150 stuwadoors on our team. That makes us stronger than ever.
Hard work was done. Together, for each other.

Because at Stuwarooij, it all comes down to one thing: together, we are stronger than alone.
And that is exactly what everyone showed again this year. With every customer, in every shift, with the same mindset: getting the job done.

Wow… what a night!

The Stuwarooij Charity Bingo was one big celebration. So amazing to see so many colleagues, partners, and sponsors joining in with such enthusiasm. It truly felt like one big, happy bingo family.

And in between all the rounds, something beautiful happened: making an impact together.
Thanks to you, we raised €3,535 for Spieren voor Spieren through Serious Request 2025. We’re incredibly proud of that. 💪

🚐 Did you know that we have several drivers working at Stuwarooij?

Our drivers make sure that employees without their own car can still get to work. They pick up our people at home, bring them to their job, and make sure they get back home safely after the workday.

This way, we make it possible together for everyone to do their job. 💪

📚 What is the Stuwa School all about?

Every week at Stuwarooij, we train our future stevedores in our very own Stuwa School. In a specially designed space with containers, they practice loading and unloading, learn the correct way of lifting, and discover what to watch out for on the job.

The training begins with a clear explanation, followed by hands-on experience for everyone. Any questions? Our trainers are always ready to explain further. 👷‍♂️

This way, we make sure our employees are well-prepared and can start working safely and professionally at the client right away. 🚀

Every Monday and Wednesday we train our new stuwadoors at Stuwa School. 💪

During these lessons, they learn everything about the trade:

🔹 Smart and safe container loading and unloading
🔹 All the techniques and practical tricks
🔹 The correct way of lifting, so we always work safely and stay healthy

This way, every new colleague is well-prepared to get started. 🚀
