Royal Van Leeuwen acquires Corrotherm International

As of January 2026, Royal Van Leeuwen has acquired the global business activities of Corrotherm International, a global supplier of high-quality nickel alloy seamless pipes, fittings, and flanges.

Corrotherm International’s team and operations in Amersfoort, the Netherlands will be integrated into Royal Van Leeuwen, with the Corrotherm International brand continuing as a Van Leeuwen brand.

This acquisition supports our strategy of strengthening our leading market position through growth and acquisitions.

We warmly welcome the Amersfoort Corrotherm International team to the Van Leeuwen family!

Meet lioness Yuna, proudly adopted by Royal Van Leeuwen🦁

Earlier this year, Yuna and her sister Miya found a new home at Diergaarde Blijdorp - Rotterdam Zoo. Our adoption supports not only Yuna’s care and wellbeing, but also broader efforts to protect her species.

For years, our name has been visible from the zoo through our illuminated signage on a flat in Rotterdam. Now, we’re proud to extend that presence inside the park as an official adoption partner, helping safeguard the future of the Asiatic lion.

Royal Van Leeuwen is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Danish company Dan-Equip A/S, a trading company and key player in the Offshore and Energy business in Esbjerg, Denmark. The company supplies pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves to customers active in offshore, chemical, petrochemical, and process industries.

Van Leeuwen is already present in Denmark with its subsidiary company Heléns Rør A/S in Middelfart, supplying material to customers in the civil engineering, mechanical and hydraulics segment. With the acquisition of Dan-Equip A/S, Van Leeuwen expects to increase its present customer base and to further grow in the Danish Offshore and Energy business.

We welcome the Dan-Equip team in Esbjerg to the Royal Van Leeuwen family!

Van Leeuwen France made a strategic move: bringing part of the production process in-house when a critical supplier of Carrier stopped its services.

With a new plasma cutting machine and blasting machine installed in Meyzieu, just around the corner from Carrier’s site, Van Leeuwen ensured control over both quality and delivery. The result? Increased reliability, a stronger partnership, and room for further growth in the climate control market.
