For nearly 40 years, Dynatec has made a strong mark on the local business community and has been a place where apprentices are given the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience.

“We wouldn’t be Dynatec if we didn’t take on apprentices. Most of them stay with us, and many of the people working here today actually started their careers as apprentices,” says Kristian Berger at Dynatec SMV As .

Næringsmiddeldagene 2026 turned out to be two insightful and inspiring days at Gardermoen, with food safety, innovation, and future value creation as recurring themes throughout the event.

The conference brought together customers, suppliers, industry professionals, and regulatory authorities for valuable discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing the Norwegian food industry. We heard several engaging presentations from key representatives of industry and politics, focusing on how Norway’s largest land-based industry can be strengthened, made more visible, and given an even more prominent role in future value creation.

It was also very positive to see the enthusiasm of the students who presented their projects and ideas. Their interest in food production, technology, and food safety gives us confidence that the industry has an exciting future with access to skilled professionals.

Thanks to Teknologisk Matforum for a successful event and for creating an important meeting place for the entire industry. We returned home with new knowledge, valuable conversations, and several exciting opportunities for future collaboration.
