⭐️ 𝗤𝟭 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 ⭐️

We delivered a strong first quarter of 2026, driven by solid operational performance across our fleet.

In Q1, we reported:
• Revenue of USD 284 million and EBITDA of USD 154 million
• Net profit of USD 73 million
• Financial utilisation of 96%

As our CEO, Kjetil Gjersdal, commented:

“Odfjell Drilling continued to prove the value of its strategy during Q1 2026, with strong financial results mainly driven by operational performance. As we look ahead, our focus remains on operations and more specifically on bringing Deepsea Atlantic safely back into operation.”

Our fleet remains fully contracted, with total contract coverage of approximately USD 2.3 billion.

We have increased the quarterly dividend to 25 cents per share, while continuing to deleverage.

Honouring the past. Securing the future.

This week, we officially changed the name from Deepsea Bollsta to Deepsea Bergen.

For Odfjell Drilling, the name carries a legacy shaped by the people who built their careers offshore, the teamwork that defined everyday operations, and the pride in delivering quality work over decades. The original Deepsea Bergen played a central role in our company’s development, and the values it stood for remain the foundation of how we operate today.

With Deepsea Bergen now fully integrated into our own fleet, we move forward with a rig known for strong performance and a dedicated crew at the centre of safe and efficient operations. The industry continues to evolve, but the core of what the Deepsea Bergen name represents remains the same: a reliable rig, an experienced team and a shared commitment of creating value through operational excellence💙

We’re pleased to share that Hercules has been awarded a new drilling contract, with Odfjell Drilling continuing as rig manager on behalf of SFL Corporation Ltd.🤝

The contract is scheduled to commence in Q1 2027, and we’re already looking forward to preparing the rig and our organisation for the upcoming campaign offshore Canada.

Hercules is a well‑known harsh‑environment unit with a strong operational track record, and we’re proud to be part of the next chapter together with our partner.

💬“I am really looking forward to see the Hercules back in operation, and I am confident that it will deliver safe and strong results as it returns to Canada", says CEO Kjetil Gjersdal.

Today we mark 50 years since the Deep Sea Driller accident off the coast of Fedje, where six of our colleagues lost their lives. We honour their memory. Our thoughts are with their families, friends and all who were affected.

Earlier today, a small group of relatives and company representatives gathered at the memorial on Fedje to lay a wreath and pay their respects.

The incident remains a solemn part of our history and continues to shape how we think about safety, care and responsibility across our organisation.

We mark this day with respect and reflection.

⭐️ Our Q4 results are out ⭐️

A strong performance to finish off the year. Creating value through operational excellence is at the core of our business!

“In just twelve months, Odfjell Drilling has completed its SPS program, expanded its fleet, completed a major refinancing, secured new contracts and beat operational and financial records quarter after quarter,” says Kjetil Gjersdal, CEO of Odfjell Drilling 💬

During Q4, we completed the acquisition of Deepsea Bollsta, successfully refinanced the business, and added nearly USD 1 billion in firm order backlog through the acquisition and contract extensions.

Reflecting the strong results and cash flow generation, we have increased our dividend to 23 cents per share, continuing our trajectory of increasing shareholder distributions💙

How to drill a production well in a single OFFSHORE HITCH!

On the last offshore trip, the Deepsea Aberdeen crew drilled and completed production well W‑44 in just 13.9 days - setting a new Equinor record, and probably among the fastest offshore production wells ever delivered globally.

At last autumn’s Drilling & Wells Conference, where the theme was "Profitability on a mature shelf", our CEO Kjetil Gjersdal challenged the industry with a clear message:

“To stay competitive on a mature shelf, we must think and operate like a factory - producing safe, fast and low‑cost wells through disciplined ex*****on and optimised planning.”

👉 On Troll Phase 3, stage 2, the Deepsea Aberdeen crew has now shown the solution in practice.

✅ Zero reportable HSE incidents
✅ Near‑zero NPT and WOW
✅ Exceptional metres‑per‑day progress
✅ Delivery close to the “perfect well” benchmark

A true One Team achievement - proof that industrialised, disciplined, factory‑style ex*****on is not just theory, but a competitive advantage already being delivered offshore on the NCS 🤝💙

Merry Christmas from all of us at Odfjell Drilling🎄

To everyone spending Christmas offshore, we thank you for keeping our operations running smoothly and safely💙

✨Honouring the past. Securing the future. 🔮

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the acquisition. From 2026, the rig will carry the legendary name .

With this milestone, Odfjell Drilling’s own fleet grows from four to five modern harsh‑environment units – delivering the future of our 'well factories' optimised for harsh and ultra‑deep waters, while building on the proud legacy of the Deepsea Bergen name.

💬 Kjetil Gjersdal, CEO:
“Completing the acquisition of what will become the Deepsea Bergen is a major milestone for Odfjell Drilling that fortifies our position as the leading harsh‑environment driller.”

📌 Firm contracts secured until 2028 (with options beyond)
📌 Close to USD 1 billion added to backlog (including recent Deepsea Nordkapp and Deepsea Aberdeen extensions)
📌 Completed full refinancing on improved terms with maturities extended to 2031
