Andfjord Salmon er glade for å kunngjøre at gjennomsnittsvekten på laksen i de to operative bassengene ved Kvalnes på Andøya har nådd henholdsvis to og ett kilo.

Laksen i basseng K0 nådde milepælen på to kilo i går, omtrent syv måneder etter smoltutsettingen. Rundt 350 000 smolt ble satt ut i basseng K0 i fjor høst.

– Å nå en gjennomsnittlig vekt på to kilo per laks på litt over syv måneder overgår våre forventninger. Kombinert med en nåværende overlevelsesrate på over 99 prosent, ser fisken ut til å ha et stabilt miljø i vårt gjennomstrømningssystem, sier Martin Rasmussen, administrerende direktør i Andfjord Salmon.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Andfjord Salmon Group AS on 20 April 2026 regarding, inter alia, a contemplated private placement of new shares in the Company.

The Company hereby announces that it has allocated 14,000,827 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 27.50 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 385 million. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for advancement of the Company’s construction at Kvalnes to reach production capacity of 17,000 tons (HOG + post-smolt) and for general corporate purposes.

Certain close associates to primary insiders have been allocated Offer Shares in the Private Placement, including i.a.:

📍 Jerónimo Martins Agro-Alimentar S.A., close associate to board member Antonio Serrano, was allocated 5,549,818 Offer Shares, and

📍 Eidsfjord Sjøfarm AS, close associate to board member Knut Roald Holmøy, was allocated 3,636,363 Offer Shares.

Andfjord Salmon Group AS today announces that it has entered into a strategic post-smolt partnership with Eidsfjord Sjøfarm. The partnership includes substantial deliveries of post-smolt from Andfjord Salmon to Eidsfjord Sjøfarm in 2026 and 2027. It also secures Andfjord Salmon smolt sourcing and a processing agreement with Holmøy Havbruk that secures harvest capacity when required. As part of the strategic partnership, Eidsfjord Sjøfarm has committed to invest NOK 100 million in Andfjord Salmon through a private placement of new shares.

Andfjord Salmon today reports that growth in pools K0 and K1 at Kvalnes, Andøya, is increasingly outperforming expectations with continued healthy biological conditions in the two pools.

“Growth in both K0 and K1 has exceeded our expectations, including when taking into account higher than expected water temperatures, which have further stimulated appetite and accelerated biomass development. A core objective of implementing our flow-through system at Andøya has been to replicate the salmon’s natural habitat on land, while at the same time reducing exposure to several of the challenges associated with traditional sea-based farming. The results achieved to date demonstrate that our core objective is attainable. That said, we remain committed to continuous and rigorous monitoring of pool conditions, fish health and overall welfare to ensure that the strong start we have experienced is maintained over time,” says Martin Rasmussen, CEO of Andfjord Salmon.

Andfjord Salmon reports continued strong biological performance at its Kvalnes facility on Andøya. Salmon in pool K0 has reached an average weight of 1 kilogram per fish ahead of schedule, while pool K1 has entered a phase of accelerating growth with results exceeding expectations.

Overall biological performance remains strong, with high growth rates, low mortality and high feed efficiency across both pools. Total standing biomass at the facility has exceeded 650 tonnes, marking an all-time high for Andfjord Salmon.

“Pool K0 continues to deliver strong results. The fish has reached 1 kilogram on average, almost 30% above Skretting’s growth table, with an accumulated survival rate of 99.74% and a feed conversion ratio of 0.93. This confirms both the robustness of the biology and the efficiency of our flow-through system,” says Martin Rasmussen, CEO of Andfjord Salmon. Read more ⤵️

Andfjord Salmon today provides an update on its fish farming operations, which are experiencing stable biological conditions, high survival rates and healthy growth, and presents the company’s third quarter financial results.

During September and October, Andfjord Salmon re-initiated fish farming operation at Kvalnes, Andøya. A total of approximately 1.1 million smolt were released in pool K0 (350,000) and pool K1 (750,000).

“The biological conditions have remained stable in both pools following smolt release. In pool K0, the fish growth is more than 30 percent ahead of Skretting’s growth table for ocean net pen. Solid growth in combination with high survival rates result in rapid ramp-up of biomass. We are very pleased with our fish farming performance so far," says Martin Rasmussen, CEO of Andfjord Salmon.
