LHM home in Montana is sold!

When we introduced LHM’s first home in the United States, in Big Sky, Montana, we described it as a historic milestone — marking the beginning of a confident and established presence in the US market.

Today, that milestone evolves further. Our first completed LHM mountain residence in Big Sky has officially found its owner just over 2.5 months after completion and market introduction.

This is more than a successful transaction. It is a clear validation of our expansion strategy and a significant step in LHM’s long-term development in North America. Our first LHM home in the U.S. is officially complete!

What started as a discussion in April 2023 has now become reality. This spring, in May 2025, the walls of our very first mountain home rose in Montana, at the Spanish Peaks Club in Big Sky — and today, just five months later, the project is fully complete, with every detail in place.
We’re incredibly proud of this milestone and excited for what’s ahead.

4 new cabins in LAFTEHOVDA

Sometimes people have strong preconceptions about what is possible and what is not - about what can be achieved and what cannot. If LHM had told anyone that in our cabin field at Laftehovda, Geilo, we would be building cabins priced between 15 and 60 million NOK, most would have said we were crazy.

And yet, it is happening. Right now, we have 4 extraordinary projects under construction. With their scale and design, these cabins will together shape a uniquely beautiful and harmonious area—something quite special in the Geilo region.

Two of these cabins (priced at 15 and 24.5 million NOK) are still available, ready for move-in by Christmas.
