Align Racing UiA is a student group based out of University of Agder. The goal is to put theory into practice by designing and producing a Formula Student car.

With the finished product we head out into the world to compete against other universities from all over the world. The group is open to all students studying at University of Agder and with practices in most fields of running a business we are not limited to only engineers.

Behind every helmet, there’s a human🧡

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that there’s a person behind every role, every project and every achievement.

At Align Racing, we spend a lot of time working towards our goals, solving problems and pushing ourselves to improve. But being a team is also about looking out for each other, supporting one another through challenges and remembering that no one has to figure everything out alone.

Performance matters, but so do the people behind it. Today and every day, let’s take care of each other, both on and off track.

A typical Sunday at Align Racing🏎️

Sundays often mean test days for us. Checking the car, getting the driver ready, monitoring telemetry and collecting data.

Every run is a chance to test, fine-tune and improve.

After a year of developing a new car, our team traveled to Red Bull Ring and Circuit Meppen!

Every challenge we faced along the way gave us valuable lessons and experiences. We went through ups and downs, but we are incredibly proud to see how AR26 has pushed us forward!
Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Now, we’re excited to see what AR27 will bring.🏎️

Huge thanks to NORCE for lending us their LiDAR. This has given us the chance to learn and experiment bringing us one step closer to adding driverless functionality to our car.

As we wrap up another project year, we would like to extend a special thank you to our main sponsor, J.B. Ugland!

Their enthusiasm and continued support give our members the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop both individually and as a team. Their support plays an important role in making our project possible, giving us the resources to develop our car throughout the year and travel to competitions across Europe.
