We plan work against clear HSE targets, drive safety observations at scale, and run emergency drills as part of every call‑off. Procedures, risk management, checklists and drills are how results are achieved.

Over the past year we kept that discipline across varied scopes: methodical pre‑dive checks, controlled SIMOPS, independent vessel inspections, thorough incident reporting and lessons learned sessions. Safety isn’t something we talk about after the job—it’s how we prepare and execute operations.

Deep Quality is how we make work repeatable under pressure. SubseaPartner AS`s Business Management System links method statements, risk assessments, MoC, and checklists into one flow—so plans are clear, controls are visible, and close‑out is auditable.

In practice, that looked like this in 2025: Precision clamp installations as part of integrity campaigns, full as‑built documentation and video, and post‑job “experience reports” capturing lessons for the next operation. Quality isn’t a stamp at the end—it’s embedded from concept to close‑out.

OWN IT! — Week 1 of our values series

At SubseaPartner, our value "Own It!" is embedded in our culture. "Own It!" means stepping up to the challenge, taking responsibility of our client's problem, and maintaining integrity in a harsh environment. Last year we took ownership of complex subsea work — from supporting first oil projects by re‑installation of a floating production unit, rapid contingency repair of highly complex load case damage, critical fairlead repair to maintain production target, to enabling rapid installation of cathodic protection system on installation.

Owning it is a mindset: Doing the preparations, diving into details, and learning from each others success and failures, so the next job is an even better experience.

Summer is in full swing – but it's still busy days for us at SubseaPartner.
We’ve had a great first half of the year with several exciting projects already behind us – and more to come.

🔹 Jotun FPSO – we supported Ocean Installer and Vår Energi with mooring preparations in Åmøyfjorden. Our team delivered project management, engineering, diving, and rope access services.
🔹 Goliat FPSO – under our frame agreement with Vår Energi, we carried out a three-week, 24-hour IMR diving campaign in the Barents Sea.

Along the way, there’s also been time to enjoy the lighter moments – like cycling with the team during a day off in Hammerfest 🚴‍♂️💙

It’s been a lot of hard work – and we’re proud of what the team has achieved so far this year.
