🎉 Apprentice No More – Congratulations, Kim Sander! 🎉
Today, our apprentice Kim Sander (Kimmi) successfully passed his trade test and can officially add another title to his growing list of achievements.

For those who know Kimmi, this probably comes as no surprise.
Over the years, Kimmi has proven himself to be a valuable part of the Enerion team. He combines technical skills with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to step up whenever needed.

Whether it’s reaching something on the top shelf 🤣 , helping a colleague, or solving a technical challenge, Kimmi is always ready to contribute.

And the reward for passing? An immediate permanent position at Enerion. Not that there was ever much doubt about that. 😉

We are proud to have been part of his journey and even prouder that he will continue his career with us as a permanent member of the Enerion team.

👉 Enerion Expands in Oil & Gas Through Strategic Acquisition

Enerion has entered into an agreement to acquire the oil & gas portfolio of Fishglobe Technologies, strengthening its position as a provider of advanced control system solutions for the energy sector.

The acquisition brings key technologies and expertise into Enerion, enabling faster innovation, closer customer collaboration, and a stronger foundation for future growth. Fishglobe Technologies will continue its focus on developing solutions for the aquaculture industry, while the companies maintain a close partnership to ensure continuity and support for existing customers.

“This acquisition strengthens our technology platform and gives us full control of critical solutions that support our long-term growth strategy,” says Gisle Ødemotland, CEO of Enerion.

Chairman of the Board Ingvar Grannes adds: “This agreement is a key milestone in Enerion’s growth strategy, positioning the company for further expansion with a stronger organization, a complete value chain, and increased long-term value creation for customers and shareholders.”
