WHAT. A. DAY. 🔥

We packed the house for Unleashed 2025! The energy was unreal, with more than 300 people joining us — so many that we had to bring in extra seating during lunch.

From Jotun CEO Morten Fon opening the day with leadership lessons from a global brand, to and wrapping it up with the Outliers afternoon session that had people literally tearing up. 🥹

The feedback has been incredible, with the highlight perhaps being that the Unleashed stage is becoming a true safe space. A place where people dare to share, reflect, and challenge rather than just agree.
