Walnut Creek New Home Build Update!
Last time I talked to y'all we had started pouring the new foundation. Now we have framed the first floor and started on the second floor. Not bad for starting on September 9th!
I have to thank my incredible crew for always giving me their best.

I really like building these ADU extra room exterior Mancave / Shesheds.

This one is 14' wide X 12' Deep. A cedar bar top that goes through the front and into the building. Custom built refurbished mahogany windows from Urban Ore. We sanded them down on the front and stained them along with the bartop.
Redwood deck with a modern redwood pergola.
Wired for speakers. Great colors and Flooring.

I call this a homerun!!
