Denne uken returnerte 2 stk av våre større Cranemaster enheter etter operasjon offshore. Transport av Cranemaster-enhet er ikke som å flytte hvilket som helst utstyr. Dette er tunge, komplekse systemer som krever god planlegging, riktig kompetanse og full pålitelighet for å komme trygt frem og tilbake fra prosjekter rundt omkring i verden.

🚧 Successful Dynamic Load Test Completed! 💪

Regular testing is an important component of everything that we do and earlier this month we successfully completed a dynamic load test of one of our 100T units. Tests such as these ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment in real offshore conditions.

Our computational models are designed to precisely reflect real-world use. Still, it is essential to validate these calculations regularly through physical testing.

Why is this important? Every offshore lift comes with challenges – and in high-stakes operations, there's no room for uncertainty.

By thoroughly testing our shock absorbers and heave compensators, we ensure that what we engineer on paper performs exactly as expected in the field.

Cranemaster played a key role in the safe removal of two misaligned monopiles during installation for our client, Jumbo Maritime. With approximately 10 tons of tension applied, our equipment ensured:

🌊Secure Rigging: Rigging remained tight and stable, even in strong currents, eliminating any risk of entanglement with the cutting tool.
🌊Controlled Cuts: Sections stayed steady and didn’t shift, enabling a smooth and safe removal process.

This project showcases our strong collaboration with Jumbo Maritime and marks yet another successful mission completed! 💪
