The transaction supports Autronica’s long‑term development and strategic ambitions, building on the strong platform the company has established in fire and gas safety solutions.
Autronica will continue to operate with a clear focus on its customers, applications and safety‑critical solutions, grounded in innovation, quality and reliability.
