We're proud to announce the successful completion of the Saturn project for Sea shipping at Green Yard Kleven.

This UT755 vessel has been transformed from a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) into a fully capable Ocean Energy Support Vessel — ready for many new years in service.

This is the upgrade:
🔧 20-ton Heila AHC offshore crane
📡 HiPAP installation for precise subsea positioning
🏠 New accommodation block with 12 cabins, new hospital, large control rooms, and office facilities.
🪵 Brand-new wooden deck
🎨 Fresh paint in the owner's signature catchy yellow
⚙️ Complete engine and systems overhaul

Beyond the upgrade, this project tells an important sustainability story. By reusing the existing hull, equipment, and modules — and combining them with brand-new critical systems and modern crew facilities — we've achieved huge CO2 savings compared to building av new vessel.

And here's what we're especially proud of: Saturn is our 7th conversion for this same ship owner — and we've already started the 8th. Returning customers are our best reference. 🙌

I desember kom fiskeri- og havminister Marianne Sivertsen Næss hjem fra Kina og skrev en kronikk med tittelen «Kina setter tempoet for skipsbygging».

Men utviklingen skjer ikke bare i Beijing og Shanghai.

Den skjer også i Ulsteinvik, Ølen, Fitjar, Fosnavåg, Ålesund og langs hele norskekysten.

Stem på Ulstein kommune som årets maritime kommune 2026. Green Yard Kleven er en av hjørnestensbedriftene i kommunen.

This marks an important milestone for Green Yard Kleven’s project B404. The vessel’s hull arrived in Ulsteinvik today in accordance with the plan. The yard is well prepared and ready to proceed with the outfitting of the advanced vessel. The first phase of the project was carried out in collaboration with Montex Shipyard in Gdansk. Towing operation was done by Farmar. The next phase will be executed at Green Yard Kleven in cooperation with key subcontractors such as Marin Teknikk, ACEL Group, Vestnes Norway, Norwegian Electric Systems, Evotec and Kongsberg Gruppen, as well as the yard’s skilled workforce, suppliers and subcontractors.

Dette er en viktig milepæl for Green Yard Kleven sitt prosjekt B404! Skroget til skipet ankom i dag Ulsteinvik i henhold til planen. Verftet er godt forberedt og klare for videre utrustning av det avanserte skipet. Første del av prosjektet ble gjennomført i samarbeid med Montex Shipyard i Gdansk. Slepet ble utført av Farmar. Neste fase utføres ved Green Yard Kleven i samarbeid med viktige underleverandører som Marin Teknikk, Norwegian Electric Systems , ACEL Group, Vestnes Ocean og Kongsberg Gruppen, samt selvfølgelig alle de dyktige ansatte og underleverandørene ved verftet.
