Proud moment for nec Civil Engineering interns giving their best in the field and contributing to national infrastructure restoration.
Under the Department of Roads (DoR), Bhaktapur Division, the rehabilitation project along the BP Highway section from Bhakundebesi to Charsaybesi (CH-113+100 to CH-138+083) focused on restoring areas severely damaged by the devastating flood and landslide in Roshi Khola on 12th Asoj, 2081 B.S.
The project included important slope stabilization and riverbank protection works through the construction of Plum Walls, Cantilever Retaining Walls, and raft foundation concreting to ensure long-term stability and resilience of the highway.
