Day 2 was filled with fun, hands-on learning, and innovation! 🚀

Students explored IR, Soil Moisture, and Ultrasonic sensors, learned about Nichrome wire, different types of batteries, and charging modules, and built exciting projects like an Electric Lighter and LED Dimmer using a Potentiometer. 🔥💡

More than just learning components, students discovered how simple electronics can turn into creative real-world ideas through experimentation, teamwork, and curiosity.

🤖 NextGen Robotics Foundation class | Day 1 ⚡ at Chandra Jyoti English Awasiya School, Chapur-4, Routahat

Day 1 was all about building curiosity and learning the basics of robotics & electronics! Students explored electronic components, learned to use a multimeter, understood types of batteries, Resistance, Diode, Transistors and built exciting hands-on projects including a water-sensitive LED, safety alert, and electric lighter.

Most importantly, they learned through teamwork, experimentation, and problem-solving. 🔧💡

🦺 What if a construction site could enforce its own helmet rules, without a single line of internet?

At Neura Innovation, we built a fully offline AI Smart Helmet Detector using our Grove Vision AI V2 and XIAO ESP32-C6. A custom three-class model trained in SenseCraft AI runs locally on the Grove Vision AI V2, classifying every scene as No Person, Person with Helmet, or Person without Helmet, and sending results to the XIAO ESP32-C6 over I2C. When a violation is detected, the OLED flashes ACCESS DENIED, the RGB LED turns red, and the DFPlayer Mini plays a voice alert through a speaker.

What makes this project especially clever is how it eliminates false alarms. Instead of pairing a pretrained helmet model with a PIR sensor and getting swamped by triggers from shadows, airflow, and insects, the "No Person" class was trained directly into the model. A software debounce filter then requires three consecutive matching predictions before the system changes state, keeping it stable in real environments.

Measuring soil health has never been this advanced! 🚀
In this video, I’m showing off my version 1 prototype of a DIY Smart Soil Tester powered by an ESP32.

​Using an industrial 7-in-1 NPK sensor, I can monitor 9 critical parameters in real-time:
✅ Soil Moisture & Temperature
✅ Conductivity (EC)
✅ pH
✅ Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), & Potassium (K)
✅ Salinity & TDS

​I've interfaced a 1.3-inch SH110X OLED display for instant readings in the field and integrated the Blynk IoT platform so I can track my soil data from anywhere in the world on my phone or laptop! 📱💻

​This is the first prototype, so stay tuned for the next video where I’ll be diving into the strict calibration process and code updates for 100% accuracy.
