It is located in Butwal sub-metropolitancity.We have extended our service in Bhairahawa, Devkota Chowk as well. We are providing counseling and other services by highly experienced and qualified counselors and instructors inside a the well equipped building with 10 rooms ,1 Lab, 6 teaching rooms,
3 administrative rooms and 1 library. Whole office is facilitated by free wifi, so that students can use internet anytime for their preparation, processing etc.Regular cooling of classroom is made by ac and 10 kva generator. Obviously, students are willing to go abroad for better opportunity. So, we are providing counseling service for Indian university/colleges from Bachelor to Master course. Beside this we are conducting preparation classes like IELTS, JPLT etc. We are teaching English,Korean and Japanese Language. Specially we work for the US, the UK, Australia, European countries ,New Zealand, Bangladesh, Philippines in courses like Science and Technology, Nursing, Medicine, Management, etc. Counseling: when students/parents visit us, we conduct an interview. On the basis of information found, we advice appropriate course and country to them. But we never insist student regarding destination where to study. We respect the students' choice but sometimes we suggest them to study more in the internet. Building and Classrooms
Vie Institute of Medical Science and Applied Technology has its separate building for each section of classes. It is easily assessable from the Siddhartha highway. It has well ventilated rooms and well equipped furniture. There are separate rooms for separate type of classes. Each class is fascinated with CCTV camera being observed by the Managing Director from his office, home and mobile too. Classrooms are spacious and well maintained with fiber desk and bench. White boards are large enough. Each room is ac furnished for cooling purpose. Projectors are fit up in almost all rooms for multimedia presentation. IELTS class- 6 weeks: Rs. 7,500/-
Visa application lodgment: For the Visa Lodgment, besides academic certificates and passport, we require other financial documents like relation with sponsors, property valuation, annual income, tax clearance, sponsor letter, bank balance or bank loan are essential. Some countries like Canada , CA report also is required. Preparing all documents we ask students to fill up Visa application and send to student for application lodgment in Kathmandu. Farewell: If student got Visa we arrange ticket and airport pickup. We also give orientation what to do or not to do in the immigration and in abroad. We also conduct classes about culture and manner to be maintained in the respective country. Some post landing services like visa extension, hostel arrangement also we do in the help of abroad party. Rejection Refunding: Visa is not right. Sometime students can be rejected. In this time we arrange refund process for processing fees upto 50 percent. Students have to wait up to 20 days. College and University registration fees are not refundable. In this matter we make aware to the students and parents so that there won't any dispute in future. Form charge
