Vacancy Announcement for Architect
We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced architect to join our company. You’ll lead the process of creating functional spaces, from the conceptual stage all the way through to the physical realization of your designs. You’ll lead a variety of projects and bring together the vision and creative ideas of our clients, while keeping their needs in mind as you design the space.

Architect Duties and Responsibilities
Design residential buildings, commercial buildings, resorts and other structures
Comply with public safety regulations, local planning regulations and restrictions
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss detailed design proposals and establish requirements
Create schematic design
Create 3D visualization (rendered) for the design
Produce detailed working drawings using CAD
Produce rendered plans
Produce detailed specifications for the design
Follow architectural trends and advancements

Architect Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture from recognized university
Prior experience as an architect in relevant field ( at least 4 years)
Excellent skills in design and render softwares (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, V-ray, Adobe Photoshop)
Familiarity with video editing ( basic skills for simple presentation)
