🌟 7-Day CV Mission for Nepali Students
150 Resumes. 1 Global IT Mentor. Zero Cost. Pure Impact.
📌 Read carefully before you apply. 🇳🇵🙌

Namaste everyone 🙏
I’m Jiwan Bhattarai — a Global IT Expert, Mentor, Career Guide, and education activist , working across multiple countries and multivendor technologies including Datacenter, Networking, Cloud, Cyber Security, IT Consulting and Mentorship.
But beyond technology — I am a servant of Nepali youth. Every skill I have earned across the globe, I bring it back for you.

💡 Why Am I Doing This?
I have reviewed hundreds of resumes from talented Nepali students — and the pain is always the same:
“Great potential. Wrong presentation.”
Your college gave you knowledge. But nobody taught you how to package it for the real world. That gap is costing you jobs, internships, and opportunities — both inside Nepal and globally.
That ends today.

🚀 Introducing: The 7-Day CV Mission
I am personally launching a non-profit 7-Day CV Preparation Mission — completely free — for:
•🇳🇵 Students currently inside Nepal
•✈️ Nepali students living and studying abroad
•🎓 Fresh graduates, career changers, and dropouts
•💼 Anyone serious about building a real IT career

Our Mission: Create 150 industry-ready, impressive resumes that actually open doors — not just fill space on paper.

🔍 What I Will Personally Do For You

During these 7 focused days, I will personally study your resume and:
✅ Identify weaknesses and missing elements holding you back
✅ Bridge the gap between college education and real-time IT industry expectations
✅ Share practical resume-hack tricks to position your skills for local and global opportunities
✅ Provide a personalized gap analysis — so you know exactly where you stand and what to build next
✅ Guide your career direction based on your background, skills, and global IT market demand
This is not a template. This is not automation.
This is me — sitting with your resume — thinking about your future.

🔐 Your Privacy is Sacred
Your resume data will remain completely private and strictly confidential — with me only. I treat your personal information with the same respect I give to enterprise-level data security. 🔒🙏

🌱 A Word From My Heart
I have walked long roads — across countries, across failures, across challenges that once felt impossible. And I learned one truth:

“Your past does not define your future. Rise. Learn. Conquer.”

Whether you are from a rural village or a city, whether you are a boy or a girl, whether you are a beginner, a dropout, or someone who has failed

✨ Everyone carries the seed of greatness. You just need the right guidance to bloom.

This mission is my small gift to the 10,000 Skilled Engineer Mission — because Nepal deserves engineers who can compete and lead on the global stage. 🌍

📩 How to Join — 3 Simple Steps

🎙️Maximize Your Network's IP Efficiency: Understanding /31 Subnets

Hello Network Professionals,

Today we're diving into one of the most elegant solutions for IPv4 address conservation: the /31 subnet, standardized by RFC 3021. If you manage carrier infrastructure, ISP backbones, or enterprise WAN links, this is essential knowledge.

# # # What is a /31 Subnet?

A /31 subnet uses a mask of 255.255.255.254, providing exactly two usable IP addresses. Unlike traditional /30 subnets that waste two addresses as network and broadcast identifiers, RFC 3021 redefines both addresses as hosts on point-to-point links.

# # # Why It Matters: The Math

On a /30 subnet, you get 4 addresses: 2 wasted (network and broadcast), leaving only 2 usable hosts. A /31 gives you 2 addresses, both usable. For an ISP with 500 point-to-point links, this halves address consumption—saving approximately 1,000 addresses equivalent to four Class C networks.

# # # How It Works: The Theory

RFC 3021 operates on a critical insight: point-to-point links have exactly two endpoints with no broadcast domain. Every packet transmitted reaches the single peer directly. Therefore, the traditionally "reserved" network and broadcast addresses become legitimate hosts.

Broadcast functionality remains intact through the limited broadcast address 255.255.255.255. This approach eliminates directed broadcasts to /31 links, eliminating a DoS amplification vector.

Routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, EIGRP) require zero modifications. All operate seamlessly on /31 because they use classless routing (CIDR) and never relied on traditional broadcast address mechanics.

# # # Real-World Deployment: Vendor Support

Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, and Arista EOS all support /31 on point-to-point interfaces. Configuration is straightforward:

**Cisco Example:**
interface Ethernet0
ip address 192.0.2.0 255.255.255.254
no shutdown

**Juniper Example:**
set interfaces ge-0/0/0 unit 0 family inet address 192.0.2.0/31

Operational testing by multiple ISPs confirmed successful RFC 3021 implementation across OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP before standardization.

# # # Where /31 Works (Support Cases)

- Router-to-router WAN serial links
- Ethernet point-to-point backbones
- Frame Relay PVCs
- MPLS pseudowires
- Carrier infrastructure requiring address conservation
- Any numbered point-to-point link between two routing devices

Both endpoints must support RFC 3021 for proper operation.

# # # Where /31 Fails (Unsupported Scenarios)

Do NOT use /31 on:

- Multi-access LANs (switches, hubs): Causes ARP flooding and broadcast ambiguity
- Host operating systems: Windows, older Linux kernels reject /31 as invalid
- Legacy pre-2000 routers: May not comply with RFC 3021
- Virtual interfaces: Some VLAN implementations assume wider subnets
- Asymmetric links: Where only one endpoint supports /31

# # # The Bottom Line

/31 subnets represent a win-win: massive address efficiency with zero operational complexity on modern routing equipment. If your infrastructure uses point-to-point numbered links and your vendors support RFC 3021, deploying /31 globally is a best practice for large-scale networks.
