VACANCY NOTICE
Best Project Construction and Suppliers, is seeking various proactive individuals. Personnel with a strong background in respective field, are encouraged to apply for the following positions:
Position 1: HR and Contract Administration Officer- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field with at-least 5 years’ professional experience and strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as contract law and regulations. Proficiency in professional software; like HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) , would be preferable. The candidate should be able to:
• Coordinate recruitment processes, assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including monitoring deadlines and deliverables
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and facilitate communication between parties
Position 2: Account Officer- Bachelors’ degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at-least 5 years’ professional experience and well conversant with accounting software. Relevant professional certifications, would be highly appreciated. The candidate should be able to:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls
• Handle inquiries from vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters
• Others as per the scope of the work
Position 3: Equipment In-Charge- This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of equipment critical to our operations. A candidate with proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is highly encouraged to apply. The personnel will be responsible for:
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair
• Inventory Management
• Assisting in Equipment Procurement
• Budgeting and Cost Control
• Documentation and Reporting
• Safety and Compliance
