Best Project Construction and Suppliers, is seeking various proactive individuals. Personnel with a strong background in respective field, are encouraged to apply for the following positions:
Position 1: HR and Contract Administration Officer- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field with at-least 5 years’ professional experience and strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as contract law and regulations. Proficiency in professional software; like HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) , would be preferable. The candidate should be able to:
• Coordinate recruitment processes, assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including monitoring deadlines and deliverables
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and facilitate communication between parties
Position 2: Account Officer- Bachelors’ degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at-least 5 years’ professional experience and well conversant with accounting software. Relevant professional certifications, would be highly appreciated. The candidate should be able to:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls
• Handle inquiries from vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters
• Others as per the scope of the work
Position 3: Equipment In-Charge- This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of equipment critical to our operations. A candidate with proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is highly encouraged to apply. FINANCE MANAGER (FM)
The primary responsibility of this position will be accounting/financial management of the organization. The FM will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, and accountability requirements of Best Project Construction and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. The proposed position will report to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) through Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Job Description
• Develop and Maintain financial System of BPCS
• Manage overall accounts and financial records of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required files and supporting documentation serving as evidence of transactions.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Prepare complete set of financial statements and make ready for statutory audit and tax purpose
• Supervise subordinates or assistants in data entry, book keeping and recording financial transactions.
• Ensure that bank reconciliations are timely prepared as well as inventories are recorded properly at the time of purchase and issues.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT, TDS and tax return.
• Process payroll, remits tax and other government taxations and reports to CEO in consultation with the CFO.
• Manage the party accounts (debtors and Creditors) and reconcile the statement accompanied by periodic balance confirmation.
• Ensure timely payment to all company's payees and maintain sufficient and complete payee files.
• Prepares monthly financial reports for the company containing budget to actual expenditure information.
• Other activities as guided and directed by CFO.
• And help develop the required financial/Accounting software of the company.

Required Experience & Qualification
• A semi qualified Charter Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or master degree with 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in managerial role on accounting/financial management with similar organization.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft excel and accounting software and computerized accounting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and team player.
• Must be punctual, hardworking and flexible for work hours.

• This position is Kathmandu based with few visits to site offices outside valley.

3. Store Keeper/Incharge : 1 nos.

• Minimum experience of 3+ years.
• Store Management, Stock Control & Inventory Management
• Good command over Microsoft Excel and inventory management software, emails etc.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Should be excellent maintaining stocks, registers, records, Materials Management etc.
