• Sr. Account Officer:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Management/ Accountancy from a recognized university
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experiences in related fields.
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge.
- Must have strong English and Nepali written and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Daily Account activities.
- Handles account inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Deals with bank for necessary documentation and prepares NTA, financial statements, provisional and projections as necessary.
- Establish, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger and cash.
- Managing company’s account receivables and payables.
- Contact clients about transactions and invoices.
- Creating, processing, ad cross- checking invoices and payments.
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.
- Process and complete letter of credit and related financial transactions.
- Reconciles account receivables and payables.
- Performs BRS and close bank and cash accounts on a regular interval.
- Good knowledge of TAX, VAT, tally and other accounting systems.
