Job Summary:
A Marketing and Sales Executive is responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. This role combines marketing strategies with direct sales efforts to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell Tera wood PVC/WPC Foam Boards to dealers, retailers, architects, and interior designers.
2. Conduct daily communication (calls & WhatsApp) with dealers, architects, construction industry clients, and potential customers.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
5. Conduct regular market visits and generate leads.
6. Travel across Nepal for face-to-face meetings, site visits, and client engagement as required.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
9. Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and product demonstrations.
10. Maintain proper records of communications, leads, and customer feedback.
