We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with expertise in website development and a strong understanding of online advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in website development, with the ability to create websites tailored to client requirements. Additionally, knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites as per client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their website needs and ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for performance.
• Manage and execute online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online ads and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and online campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and digital marketing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in website development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in SEO and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of eCommerce website development.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
• Creative and innovative mindset for designing engaging websites and ad campaigns.
Location: Kathmandu
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
