We are happy to share the pictures of Summit Apartment Buildings (Twin Towers) at Kupandole Height, Lalitpur. These buildings are about to complete and we were involved in the detail structural and geotechnical design of the Project. We peer reviewed the superstructure design and carried out the detailed design of piled raft foundation of the buildings. The height of the buildings is 68 Meters including the basement.

Client: Project Implementation Directorate (PID), Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited, (KUKL) Board, Anamnagar, Kathmandu
Office of Consultant: At Anamnagar (Kathmandu Based Job)
Project sites to be visited:
(i) Establishment of waste water treatment plants (WWTPs) at Sallaghari, Kodku and Dhobighat.
(ii) Establishment of Decentralized wastewater treatment systems (DEWATS) at Hanumanghat and Gokarna.
(iii) Waste Water Treatment Plant at Guheshwori (This treatment plant is in operation).
Position: Mechanical Engineer (from Consultant)
Required Input: 12 months intermittent throughout 24 months period of Consulting Services (Commencement of Consulting Services already started from 1st August 2024)
Qualification Requirement: Masters in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of mechanical engineering; in water supply/ waste water management/ hydropower/ Irrigation.
Position based Terms of Reference of Mechanical Engineer:
The key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
• To perform the duties of a Mechanical Engineer as directed by Mechanical Engineer (International)/ Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader;
• Review the design of the mechanical components of plant/ equipment including specification and schedules submitted by the contractors;
• Preparation of O&M manuals for mechanical component and equipment for future maintenance;
• Prepare documentation for supervision of the refurbishment of the mechanical systems in the existing water treatment plant;
• Support DSC and PID to all relevant mechanical jobs ensuring the performance and quality of the facilities;
• Perform any other relevant tasks within the scope of services as requested by the Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader."

Dear All,
Namaskar! This is the Brochure of Sarthak Concrete. This is the only company in Nepal who can manufacture precast prestressed concrete structural members used for Building Construction (Temporary/Permanent), Road Construction, Boundary Wall Construction, Paving Blocks, Road Side Drainages etc. We are being involved continuously in the structural design and quality control of the products. Because of the labor shortage, tight deadlines in projects etc., need of precast concrete products is necessary in Nepal in the near future.

This Factory is located in Jugedi, Chitwan. I believe, your projects may need these. Please let us know if we can help you. However, there seems a challenge to replace the conventional thinking of cast-in-situ concrete with precast products in owners, designers, and contractors.
