Take a look at this work in progress on a old farm homestead over 100 years old! Existing load bearing walls have been removed and replaced with steel beams under the ceiling - Designed by Lysaght & Associates LTD
This large space created will be for the new, open plan, Kitchen, Dining, and Living room.

A special thanks to North End Engineering for the Fabrication of the steel members, and to McKain Quality Construction for the building work!

Does anyone want a weeks work doing fire watch for our welders working on a project. If so please PRIVATE MESSAGE me or txt me on 0212 530 539. You will need work boots - we will provide the rest of the gear. Please note - this is a responsible job and you won't be able to be on your phone while welders are working.

North End Engineering fabricated the bridge for Opuke Thermal Pools and installed it this morning. What a fabulous spot. Hmmm I think Piers needs to send better quality pics lol....will sort it when I see him

North End Engineering is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for onsite/offsite work in our structural steel business. The successful applicant will be honest, reliable, a team player and be able to use their own initiative.
You must be based in ASHBURTON or surrounding area or be prepared to move to ASHBURTON or the surrounding area.
Your will have experience in Flux Core, hardwire and stick welding and be able to achieve certification at Standard AS/NZS 2980. You must be able to read workshop drawings.
The following aspects would be an advantage:
*forklift licence
*experience working at heights
*a class 5 licence (not essential)
