I am pleased to announce that we successfully hosted a Place Makers training session at the Diamond Homes office last week. This training covered topics such as order processes, delivery times, returns, and important considerations when picking up orders from branches.

During the training, we had the privilege of hearing from the Place Makers team members Marco, Michael, and Jo. They provided valuable insights into Kāinga Ora products, residential products, and shared the latest special offers. Their expertise deepened our understanding of product knowledge and sales strategies, providing us with valuable insights and direction for future work.

Additionally, safety was emphasized throughout the training, particularly when picking up orders from branches. It is essential for us to maintain a safety-first mindset at all times to ensure a secure working environment.

The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by David Wang, the director of Diamond Homes, and witnessed by the general manager, operations manager, and all colleagues from the project team, marking this moment as a historic occasion.

On the 29th of September 2023, Diamond Homes' leadership team embraced the opportunity to celebrate the Chinese traditional Mid-Autumn Festival in a memorable way. The venue chosen for this special occasion was the Lobster Palace, where a splendid Mid-Autumn banquet unfolded.

To enhance the festive spirit, the banquet featured engaging interactive games and an exciting lucky draw. The draw, conducted in a traditional manner with participants passing a drum as music played in the background, was hosted by our company's manager, Ms. Yu. The initial lucky recipient of a prize was Ms. Ying Tang. In total, there were 22 prizes up for grabs, including a grand prize of a computer, two second prizes of iPads, and third prizes consisting of rice cookers, massage guns, and power banks.

The atmosphere was filled with joy as everyone relished the delectable food and actively participated in the games and lucky draw. The event not only heightened the sense of belonging among the attendees but also strengthened the bonds among team members. It provided a valuable opportunity for relaxation, enjoyment, and a sense of warmth and care from the company during the festive season. David, the Director, extended heartfelt blessings to all, wishing everyone a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival, happiness, and good health with their families.
