CML is a growing commercial construction company that specialises in building modifications, commercial construction, reinstatement, maintenance and repair projects.
We are now expanding our team and have a great opportunity for a qualified or experienced carpenter to be a part of our dynamic team.
The role
In this role you will be the lead builder and key contact on one of our construction sites. Working alongside our management team you will be liaising with the client and running the day to day site activities. You will be building at the same time as running a team of like minded builders along with organising subcontractors, materials and thinking ahead to the future tasks.

The right candidate
We are after someone with the following;
- Qualified builder with 8+ years of carpentry experience
- A commercial or residential building background
- Lead projects while hands-on at the same time
- Proactive and has the ability to think ahead of the job at hand
- Works very well in a team environment
- Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- A good understanding and respect for Health and Safety
- No criminal record
