Niamh is a neonatal ICU nurse at Starship Hospital caring for critically ill newborns and their families — a role that reflects her compassion and dedication.
Proud of her Irish roots, with family ties to County Cork and County Galway, Niamh also has a passion for travel, adventure, and recently conquered Mt Kilimanjaro in 2025.

Niamh is an incredible representative and we wish her the very best of luck over the weekend.

Hard job. Tight space. No problem.

Proud to deliver New Zealand’s first DN375 Iplex Restrain® installation — a trenchless stormwater solution on a steep, constrained residential site.

With limited access and depths over 3m, a traditional open trench wasn’t an option — so we went trenchless to minimise disruption, cost, and risk.

Big effort from the team in challenging conditions to get this one across the line

It was smiles all round on Saturday Night at Auckland CCNZ Hynds Construction Awards!
We were thrilled to take home wins for Women in Contracting and Project Award Category B.

The whole team at Kerry Drainage & Civil are excited to see Kellie as a finalist for the CCNZ Hynds Construction Women in Contracting Award

never planned to work in construction. Her first job was a Hairdresser. But moving overseas a Working holiday position in Traffic Control created a spark of interest and Kellie was hooked. Over the years she worked her way up from General Labourer, to operating heavy machinery, driving trucks and eventually stepping upto a Leading Hand and then to a foreperson role. Her recent promotion to Operations Supervisor at Kerry Drainage & Civil has been a major highlight. Says Kellie “It’s not only a significant personal milestone but also demonstrates that women can lead and succeed in this industry”.
