It’s out with this tired (and leaky!) condenser, and lifting in with the new. Along with some minor alterations to pipe work and a crane, all in all a tidy job, and a very happy butcher! This butcher is now enjoying cutting their finest meats in the coolest climate Mt Roskill has to offer!
