Got called in to assess the damage from a leak. Had to remove the kitchen and replace majority of the floor framing, plywood and GIB around the kitchen bench then re-install kitchen. Two of the kitchen cabinets needed replacing due to water damage. Had to pull the cladding off on the outside to repair where it had leaked around the door. Make sure you get onto the leaks quick to save yourself a headache @ Clover Park

Verandah spruce up coming along nicely. Most of the framing was rotten and so were the bottoms of the posts. All framed up with new h3.2 timber and with the new T&G decking laid it's now onto the fiddly details like handrails, mouldings and new fretwork
