🪚 Improving access, inside and out
Our team recently completed custom timber ramp works to create smoother, easier access through the home.
This included an internal oak veneer ramp finished to complement the existing flooring, along with an external timber ramp to match the decking. We also adjusted and relaid the decking outside the front door to improve the fall away from the entrance.

🔨 A busy day of upgrades!
Our team recently coordinated a full day of works, including a new floating timber deck, Acrovyn wall and door protection, hospital hinges, and new carpet throughout key areas.
With multiple trades working to a tight timeframe, careful planning and coordination ensured everything was completed while the client was out for the day.

🚲 New bike stands installed
Our team recently installed new bike stands at an Auckland School, securely fixing each stand and making sure everything was level, aligned and finished neatly.
A simple but practical upgrade, complementing the new shelter above.

Our team recently completed an internal refurbishment, including new wall framing, kitchen upgrades, GIB, painting, Autex panels, whiteboards, and new ceiling tiles.

A fresh, modern space delivered with minimal disruption and ready for students and staff to enjoy.

🧱 Paving upgrade completed
Our team recently transformed an outdoor area by removing the existing paved surface, preparing a new compacted base, and installing fresh pavers to create a clean, level, and durable finish.
From careful demolition and excavation through to the final paving pattern, every step was completed with safety, precision, and quality in mind.
Another outdoor space finished and ready for years of use.

🏡 Restoring a home from the outside in
Our team recently completed an exterior restoration, replacing weathered cladding, repairing rotten timber, installing new external corners, and reinstating existing joinery to improve the home's weathertightness and appearance.
The project also included targeted rot repairs, window sill repairs, a new ranch slider, and mould treatment where required.

🏗️ Storage shed completed

Our team recently delivered a new storage shed project, including site preparation, a new concrete foundation, shed installation, and associated electrical works.

To help protect the building and its contents for years to come, we also installed roof mesh and roof underlay to reduce the risk of condensation forming inside the shed.

A practical addition that provides secure, weather-protected storage and a clean, professional finish.

From groundwork and preparation through to the final fit-off, the project was carefully coordinated to ensure everything ran smoothly and safely on site.

Our team recently built a new trellis enclosure to match the existing bin storage area, creating a tidy and practical solution that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

The project included site preparation, a new concrete pad with stainless steel bearer brackets, construction of the trellis structure, and a full paint finish for long-term durability.
