Good people make a good team. 🟠🔵

We post plenty about the projects, the machinery and the work going on across our sites — but at the end of the day, PipeRite is really about the people behind it.

We’ve got a pretty diverse crew — different backgrounds, different generations, different personalities and plenty of different experience between us.

But when we turn up to work, there are no egos and no individuals — we operate as one team.

Everyone gets stuck in. People help each other out. Knowledge gets passed around, everyone gets included, and there’s always someone ready to lend a hand when it’s needed.

There’s plenty of hard work getting done, but there’s also plenty of laughs, plenty of s**t being talked and a crew that genuinely enjoys turning up and working alongside each other every day.

We take the work seriously — just not ourselves too seriously.

Different people. Different strengths. One PipeRite crew.

Pretty bloody proud of the team we’ve got right now. 🤝🟠🔵

NOT ALWAYS AS SIMPLE AS DIGGING A TRENCH. 🟠🔵

A look at what our drainage team has been getting stuck into on one of our larger civil projects around Auckland.

Working at depths of up to 3 metres, the team has been installing large diameter concrete drainage, 1200mm precast manholes and working within trench shields and box shields to safely get the job done below ground.

Ground conditions have added another challenge, with areas of old contaminated construction waste encountered throughout the site. Following testing and the required controls, excavation has continued with all trenching undercut an additional 500mm to get back to suitable ground before rebuilding and installing the drainage.

It’s the sort of work where what’s underneath the ground can change the plan pretty quickly.

Plenty of excavation, plenty of coordination and some challenging conditions — but the boys have kept things moving and made some serious progress.

Civil drainage is rarely the cleanest job, but it makes for some pretty good footage. 🤙

We’ve shared plenty lately of what goes on below ground and behind the walls, so here’s a look at the other end of the process.

A throwback to this Signature Homes show home completed by the PipeRite team.

From the early plumbing stages through to the final fit-off, it’s always rewarding seeing everything come together — especially when the finished product looks this good.

A lot of what we do eventually gets covered by concrete, walls and cabinetry. These are the parts you actually get to see.

Good plumbing starts long before the finishing touches go in. 🟠🔵

We’ve recently kicked off the underslab plumbing and civil drainage works across a number of projects around Auckland.

From multi-unit residential developments through to large-scale civil drainage, there’s plenty happening well before these projects start taking shape above ground.

The early stages are all about getting the details right — drainage, services, penetrations and set-outs, along with the planning and coordination to make sure everything ends up exactly where it needs to be.

Once the concrete goes down, a huge amount of this work is never seen again. These drone shots give a pretty cool perspective on just how much goes into the ground before the finished project starts coming together.

Different sites. Different stages. Same attention to detail.

Because good plumbing and drainage starts from the ground up. 🟠🔵

From bare ground to a thriving new community. 🏗️🏘️

Since July 2025, our Plumbing team has been proud to play a part in delivering this incredible development in Point England, Auckland.

With practical completion expected in December 2026, this project comprises:
🏘️ 41 townhouses
🏢 One three-storey apartment building with 12 apartments

The team is now well into second fix on the townhouses while simultaneously completing first fix on the apartment building—a significant milestone that reflects months of hard work, planning, and teamwork.

Our scope includes:
✔️ Complete internal plumbing installations
✔️ Supply and installation of all sanitaryware
✔️ Watermain installation and commissioning

To deliver a high-quality, long-lasting plumbing system, we’re proud to be installing:
🔸 Buteline Plumbing Systems Pexline throughout the townhouses
🔸 Mayer NZ 316 stainless steel press-fit water reticulation from the plant room to each apartment
🔸 REHAU Australia & New Zealand Edge domestic water reticulation throughout each apartment

Projects like this aren’t built overnight. They take great people, strong partnerships, and a team that takes pride in doing the job right.

A huge thank you to our crew, our builder, our suppliers, and everyone involved in bringing this development to life. We’re proud to be helping create homes that Kiwi families will enjoy for generations to come.

Take a look around the 360° aerial and see just how far this project has come since we first broke ground in July 2025.

Up the Wahs. Up the standards. 🟠🔵

300m³ excavated. Critical stormwater infrastructure installed. Rain on the way.

Our Drainage crew have dug deep over the past couple of weeks in Mt Wellington, putting in a huge effort to keep this project moving.

Over the past fortnight, the team has safely excavated more than 300m³ of material while delivering precision stormwater infrastructure, including uPVC pipe laying, manhole installations, double Type 2 cesspits, and the installation of a Spilceptor treatment system and stormwater filtration units at depths of up to 3 metres. Every milestone has been driven by one goal—getting critical infrastructure safely in the ground before the weather closed in.

Nothing flashy—just good people, quality workmanship, and a team that turns up every day ready to get the job done.

Couldn’t be prouder of this crew.

Up the Wahs. Up the standards. 🟠🔵

Big projects aren’t built in a day—they’re built one detail at a time. 💧

The team in Pt England has wrapped up the townhouse stage and is now making solid progress on the apartment block.

Lasers are set, Unistrut is going up to support the mains services, and the core drill is working overtime to stay ahead of the PVC stack pipework. Even the gear’s looking sharp—all branded and ready to go.

Every pipe, every bracket, and every measurement counts because quality is built long before the walls are lined.

Proud of the crew putting in the work and keeping standards high every step of the way. Massive thanks to everyone on site for their commitment and attention to detail.

Doing the Rite work, the Rite way. 🔵⚫
