Foundation prepped for a new house all the way in Te Kauwhata in a new development area.

This job required a site profile and site scrape, followed by hardfill compacted to height. Boxed and braced with a rib raft foundation and steel installed.

Also required a new retention tank at the rear of the house, followed by a site scrape of the back section as we had thick grass and rubble all over the area.

Another great job done and dusted from the boys at RT Earthworks 👍🏽

We’re proud to work alongside the team at Coastal NZ Builders and forming foundations for this house in Waimauku.

Job consisted of site set out and profile, as well as digging the footings, inserting steel work for the block work foundation.
Backfilling and compacting to height with the use of poly rock fill and finishing off with mesh to complete another foundation.

Last year RT Earthworks was excited to start the foundations for this monster, assisting the team at Coastal NZ Builders with a huge new build foundation.

All works consisted of :

• Site scrape foundations for new water tank.
• Site set out and profile house boundaries.
• Site scrape and prep for new foundations.
• Box and brace
• Engineer steel installed as per plans, for block walls (contracted to another crowd)

Proud turn around of 18 days from green pastures to a solid structure, great effort from the team 👍🏽
