Retaining wall upgrade complete! 👷‍♂️💪

We replaced a previously failed wall with a solid new structure using 250mm diameter at 6m long SED poles.
The new retaining wall stands 1.8m high, features a fresh fence on top, and bridges over existing stormwater infrastructure for long-term durability.

One of our recently completed projects, which involved the replacement of a failed timber retaining wall in a local area. The new structure is a robust engineered timber wall designed to withstand the elements and provide long-lasting support. In addition to the wall itself, we incorporated an upgraded drainage system along with a soak pit to effectively manage water movement and prevent future issues related to moisture accumulation.
This comprehensive approach not only enhances the structural integrity of the retaining wall but also ensures that the surrounding environment is protected from potential water damage.

Before and after of a recently completed job on Hauraki Road in Auckland's North Shore, all machinery and materials were craned into a constrained site (shout out to Prolift Crane Hire Ltd for the amazing help with that).
We replaced a failed timber retaining wall with a structurally engineered timber wall, complete with new drainage connected to a newly installed cesspit.
