We require a general labourer to start asap on site in Lincoln Road. You will be keeping a building site tidy, sweeping, putting off-cuts in the bin, moving product, overall tidy up.
You will ideally have a site safe card, be hard working and willing to get stuck in and help out where needed, be physically fit and most importantly have a good attitude.

We are looking for a Scaffolding Labourer with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join the team. You must be able to work in a team environment, have reliable transport and a keen interest in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring job sites and the yard are kept clean
• Assisting with the er****on and dismantling of scaffolding
• Assisting in loading and unloading of products from trucks
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Reporting any hazards to the supervisor
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful applicant would require:

• Excellent communication skills
• An elementary ticket in scaffolding is preferred, however a keen and willing attitude to work towards this is also an option
• Be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
• A New Zealand Drivers (restricted or higher) and your own transport to get to various job sites across Auckland
• Able to identify potential hazards, report and minimise or eliminate the risk
• Friendly, approachable and a team player
• Able to follow instructions

* Read plans and other specifications to determine the method of installation, work procedures, materials, and tools
* Install all types of wallboards and systems
* Oversee a team of Fixers and be the primary contact on both commercial and residential sites
* To support and encourage the team and produce work of high standard
* Relevant trade qualification or industry experience
* Knowledge of relevant trades within Troake’s service offering is highly desirable
* Expert knowledge of Plasterboard and Villaboard fixing, Barrierline and Weatherline installation and Fire systems

We are looking for Ceilings & Partitions Installers to join the team. You must be able to work in a team environment, have reliable transport, a valid driver’s licence and be prepared to work across the Auckland region.

Key responsibilities and experience:

* Install all types of metal battening, walls & ceilings (i.e. screw, fix, clip ceiling grids, direct fix, suspended off strong backs), drywall grids, 2-way exposed grids including tile installations from different suppliers.
* Install partitioning walls with stud & track and/or aluminium profiles.
* Read plans and other specifications to determine the method of installation, work procedures, materials, and tools.
* Relevant trade qualification or industry experience.
* Knowledge of relevant trades within Troake’s service offering.
* Expert knowledge of installation of metal ceiling battens system, steel stud partitions, two-way ceiling grid systems, aluminium partitions and Seismic knowledge within partitions and ceilings an advantage.
