Shower Replacement

BEWARE: Leaking showers. Not something that we want. After a period of time some showers will start to leak.

Those small leaks we initially notice, shouldn't be taken lightly. Often slow shower leaks can cause damage to your subfloor and internal walls without too much notice and create a much larger repair job.

TIMBER FENCE // TUAKAU

Another fence completed. We had the privilege of finishing off another fence this week for an awesome client.

FLOOR REPLACEMENT// TUAKAU

Flooring sheets were severely water damaged from a leaking water pipe in the framing/sub-floor.

We pulled up the entire bedroom area and partly into the hallway. Replacing the flooring sheets, reinstating insulation and some new carpet.

Just in time for winter!

DECK // PATUMAHOE

Another deck completed before Christmas, at our place.

A hardwood deck has alot more durability, for this project we used kwila and in my opinion brings so much more character to your outdoor.

DECK // REMUERA

A vitex deck we completed for a client, after finishing the fence extension. Always a pleasure getting a call back from a happy client 🔨

I needed a fence erected that required some tricky designing around an existing old fence and retaining wall. This was done quickly and on budget.
