Merry Christmas from High Performance Builds 🎄

This video is a quick snapshot of the builds we’ve been blessed to work on over the last few months. We’ve also had a big year with new builds, renovations, extensions, plus ongoing repairs and maintenance across 600 plus rental properties around Auckland.

We’re grateful for every client who trusted us with their home and their vision. This week we also started a special project for a beautiful family who waited five years to reach the starting line. Huge respect for their perseverance. Our job now is to get them to the finish line.

Site Updates Across Auckland! 🏗️

🔹 Henderson Site: We’re continuing with fireline and weatherline installation for 9 builds.
🔹 Blockhouse Bay: Concrete slab pour complete—formwork all done!
🔹 South Auckland Maintenance: We’re expanding to service all of Auckland!
🔹 Howick Site: Roofing and cladding are starting soon.

Henderson Site Update! 🏗️

All frames stood and trusses landed today at our Henderson site! With hardware installed, 6 cranes in action, and 15 deliveries all in the span of 5 days, our team is on fire. Like a gladiator, we ask, "Are you not entertained?"

Henderson Site Update! 🏗️

We're focusing on 1st floor framing at the Henderson site. Shout out to the HPBuilds Crew for their hard work and dedication! We've installed hardware on the ground floor, with trusses arriving this week and T beams to be installed as well. All this progress, and it's only our 4th day on site! They say work is hard, but HPBuilds is HARDER!

Exciting times at our Henderson site! Today, we're tackling the first midfloor landings, with the boys pushing boundaries to stay ahead of schedule. Plus, the first-floor framing is arriving the same day! To top it off, our hardworking team enjoyed a well-deserved KFC lunch.
