Well, that's 2024 done and dusted.
It's been an interesting year with a lot of uncertainty and turbulence in the industry and beyond, and a few ups and downs.

Looking at facts and cutting through all the noise, knuckling down and getting the job done for the client is what it's all about, and inspite of all there's been some decent progress achieved by our team this year.

- We've moved into a new yard, away from suburban jungle, to a central site with direct immediate motorway access in both directions allowing us to service our clients more efficiently, respond to callouts with minimal delay, and as an added advantage halved our diesel consumption at the same time

- We've got a new truck on the road, supplied and built to our standard by our trusted local suppliers.

- We've maintained our compliance and H&S standards as is evident by AT and our clients audits

- Minimal staff turnover, core team functioning strongly

- Improvements to existing fleet to meet or exceed all clients requirements with reverse and handbrake alarms

- Last but not least a particular piece of recognition for one of our long standing legends Chintan Patel has won AT STMS of the month again, second time in 2 years. 17 high standard audits. That's not luck or coincidence but consistency, dedication that shows what we try to do.
Don't know if anyone has done that ever before.

The future is unknown but 1 thing is for certain, our team will keep going hard delivering for our clients and being the best we can be. Let's go 2025

Some belated recognition for one of our top performers.
Congratulations to Chintan Patel for yet another High Standard. This one was off a customer complaint and a busy site was nevertheless found to be operating to a High Standard.
I think this is your 13th High Standard in a row? We've lost count. Other Checks Pass last week as well.
STMS of the month 2 years ago, and you've never let that standard drop since, and something tells me you won't. Thank you for your efforts it's ALL about consistency, anyone can do it once or twice or 3 times at a push, but this is true professionalism, delivering day after day, month after month, year after year - well done and proud of you 👏

Just going to leave this here....

Results speak for themselves. Congratulations to our team for being #1 in the midsize category for AT reviews for the entire year of 2023, with a solid KPI result of 86%, well above industry average.

Consistency is key...(almost) anyone can do it once. Keeping the standard up on an ongoing basis is what it's about. Thank you team for delivering again and again and again, month after month.

Also congratulations to our awesome valued clients at Omexom, who have won the Main Contractors mid category for both the year, and the quarter. Clearly the right culture and the same goals is in place from the top down, do things properly, don't cut corners. Makes it so much easier to achieve the right outcome.

Look after it crew.. Shouldn't sit around long, get it out the door and put it to use.
Keep the cab clean

We'll done to our latest AT STMS of the Month - Solomone, who was this morning presented with his well earned award, by Venkat and Mike from AT. Solo is a consistent performer who's been 100% reliable since joining Traffix, has shown ongoing high standards in his audits and has delivered another great result for the team. Aside from this recognition by AT, Solo is also 100% consistent with doing his daily vehicle checks on the tablet, reporting issues promptly and communicating with management in an honest and transparent way - this is very much noticed and appreciated!!
A great start to what will no doubt be a good year for our crew. Keep the standards up!

As the year draws to a close, just want to acknowledge some exceptional achievements by our awesome team in 2023.
Over 5000 setups/jobs done.
Almost 90000 man hours on site for our clients. Highest ever in Traffix history.

4 consecutive quarters of being in the top 3 on Auckland Transport organizational leader board.

Last quarter #1 place and 100% KPI on the leader board.

WELL DONE team. Absolutely smashed it.

Particular thanks to those working hard through the holiday period performing for our clients carrying out essential repairs.

Let's do it again in 2024 - big things coming 👍

Incredibly proud of our team for achieving 1st place in AT's organizational leader board (11-19 reviews category) with an unbeatable KPI score of 100%.
This marks the fourth consecutive quarter (1 year) of us making it into the top 3, our second time in first place, and our first time with a 100% KPI. It's perfectly achievable to get in there once but it is maintaining that standard on a ongoing basis that defines professionalism and real commitment to getting it right.
Well done to the whole team - STMS's, TTMWs, TMOs, management, our compliance auditors, and of course it would be so much harder to do without our valued clients who share our values and commitment to compliance and doing things properly.
Onwards and upwards, big things coming in 2024!!

As much as we love our work and our industry, and as a team and a collection of individuals we take pride in our work and the fact that we go to work every day and night to keep our client and the public safe...the job occasionally attracts a tiny minority of deadbeats , pretenders and munters. Rubbish needs to be taken out.
