Started work on this old girl, large house in desperate need of some TLC. A lot of the wooden joinery has rot which machining new joinery on-site. The board@batten has has deteriorated where the deck butted up against the house without a gap for water. Other areas areas of cladding need replacing for splits, battens coming away and general deterioration. Decks also need complete replacing

Almost full rebuild of a existing deck. Kwila decking had well past its lifespan. Kitchen window was also rotten as well...

Almost full rebuild of a existing deck. Kwila decking had well past its lifespan. Kitchen window was also rotten as well so repaired window sill and sashes of rot and rebuilt framing and cladding to match the old. New handrail to match

Small bathroom Reno smashed out last week! Extremely rotten floor from old bathtub and hot water cylinder. Rot repaired, New Cylinder moved outside and new manual opening Velux skylight installed to add more light as one window was removed Painting to still be finished by owners
