The heart of the home, with a little more thought behind it.

This kitchen was part of our Mt Hobson Lane renovation, where the focus was on making the existing home work better - without adding to its footprint.

Beautiful materials, clever details and plenty of careful craftsmanship went into creating a space that feels effortless.

A hallway worth slowing down for.

This beautiful space brings together classic detailing, soft timber flooring, arched openings and a gorgeous original stained-glass window - with every element carefully considered.

It’s the kind of detail that makes a house feel like home.

And yes, this is the home that took out Gold and Regional Winner at the 2026 Master Builders House of the Year Awards. 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to share that our Mt Hobson Lane renovation has been named a Regional Category Winner and Gold Award winner in the 2026 Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

A huge result for a project that was all about thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and making the most of what was already there.

Working entirely within the existing footprint, we transformed the kitchen, bedroom, ensuite, bathroom and laundry, while replacing the exterior joinery to create a home that feels completely new.

A massive thank you to our incredible team, our clients and everyone who helped bring this project to life.

This Mt Hobson Lane renovation is a great example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely transform a home without changing its footprint.

Working within the existing envelope, we reimagined the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, ensuite and bedroom, while replacing the exterior joinery to create brighter, more connected living spaces.

The result is a home that feels entirely new, while staying true to its original character.

Every great renovation starts with a frame. 🛠️

Work is now underway on the rear extension at our Grey Lynn project, and the new structure is beginning to take shape.

There's still plenty to do, but this is the point where the vision starts becoming something you can see.

We're looking forward to sharing the journey as this transformation continues.
