All happening at harbour view drive job the last few weeks. Ground floor frames up, structural steel installed, joists and ply floor done, second level frames stood and trusses are starting to go up. Ready for a roof in a couple of weeks if the weather stays like this.

Another big couple of days from the boys and the slab is all ready for concrete. 🤞 for some fine weather on Friday

Harbour view drive is coming along nicely. Footings and blocks are done and the boys have completed the slab fill today ready to start prepping the floor ready for concrete next week. Will be good to have this stage completed and into the framing work soon.

It takes months, sometimes years, of planning, design, hard work, and dedication to build a home—yet it can be reduced to rubble in a matter of hours.

This house was demolished a few weeks ago while we patiently waited for the building consent to be issued. We finally got the green light this week, and the team wasted no time getting stuck in.

The cut and fill is now complete, and we’ll be moving on to profiling and footings next week. The weather has certainly been on our side so far, fingers crossed it stays that way for another week! 🤞

2025 is done, the team have again produced some great work this year and we have some exciting projects coming up in 2026. Even managed to sneak out to Great Barrier for a awesome weekend of fishing with boys. Thanks to everyone involved and we wish you all a Merry Christmas, looking forward to 2026
